j'ai attrapé un virus et je n'arrive pas à m'en débarrasser.

Salut !

(1) Télécharge VundoFix.exe par Atribune sur ton Bureau.

# Double-clique sur VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer
Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo
Lorsque le scan est terminé, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo
Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES
Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers
Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va redémarrer; clique sur OK

Le rapport est situé dans C:\vundofix.txt

Note: Il est possible que VundoFix soit confronté à un fichier qu'il ne peut supprimer. Si tel est le cas, l'outil se lancera au prochain redémarrage.
Il faut simplement suivre les instructions ci-haut, à partir de "clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo".

(2) Télécharge virtumondebegone

# Double clique ensuite sur VirtumundoBeGone.exe et suis les instructions.

Une fois terminé, redémarre et poste le rapport VBG.TXT créé sur le bureau, celui de vundofix situé dans C:\vundofix.txt et un nouveau rapport HijackThis dans ta prochaine réponse.

Oui, tu est infecté par Vundo...

Double-clique sur VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer.
Ne clique pas sur le bouton Scan for Vundo mais fais un clic droit dans la fenêtre blanche et clique "Add more files?"
Dans la nouvelle fenêtre qui apparait, Copie/colle le chemin du fichier suivant dans la première case (au haut):

C:\WINDOWS\system32\efcYRllM.dll

Copie/colle le chemin du fichier suivant dans la seconde case (au centre):

Clique sur le bouton "Add File(s)"
Clique sur le bouton "Close Window"
Clique à nouveau sur "Remove Vundo"
Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES
Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers.
Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va s'éteindre ("shutdown"); clique OK
Démarre ton PC à nouveau.
Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt

Il faut renommer Hijackthis.

Fais un clic droit sur l'icone Hijackthis

Clic droit > choisis "renommer" marque (tu écris) : ccm.exe

> clic droit sur Hijack > renommer > et nomme ccm ) !

Ensuite, relance le ,
Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"
Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note
Clique sur "Edition" ->> "Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition" -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

Pourquoi renommer Hijackthis ?
Parce que certaines infections Vundo ont la particularité de se "cacher" à la
détection de HJT proprement dite ou à son analyse .
la modification du nom de l'exe pallie ce problème...

Poste moi un nouveau log après avoir renommé HJT's !
Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"
Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note
Clique sur "Edition" ->> "Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition" -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

Alors j'ai l'impression qu'au niveau des fenêtres de pub qui arrivaient souvent lorsque j'allais sur internet, c'est mieux.

En revanche, je trouve l'ordi encore un peu lent...

Alors j'ai l'impression qu'au niveau des fenêtres de pub qui arrivaient souvent lorsque j'allais sur internet, c'est mieux.

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau.

Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :
comment demarrer en mode sans echec en images

Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).
A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.
Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée".
Choisis ton compte.

Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous :

Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script.
Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.
Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.
Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.
Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.
Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.
Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.
Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.
Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum

Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"
Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note
Clique sur "Edition" ->> "Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition" -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport

Normal, c'etait du vundo et qui a été supprimé...

Pour : Buffer overrun detected !

C'et un peu plus pointu... je cherche une soluce !

En attendant, La console Java n'est pas à jour: Faille de sécurité !!!
Clique sur Download Latest Version

Clique sur Download Latest Version puis installe java.
En fin d'installation, revient sur la page pour vérifier ton installation.
Quand l'installation a réussi, ouvre le panneau de configuration >
Ajout/suppression de programmes et supprimes les anciennes versions (de java) afin d’éliminer les failles de sécurité présentes dans ces anciennes versions.
Fais cela pour chacune d'elle, une a une, fais redémarrer ton PC quand cela te le sera demandé .
Tu gardes la Java\jre1.6.0_05 !

Imprime ces instructions car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.

# Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-malware << ici

enregistre le sur ton bureau

A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci.

# Double-clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation.

Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware soient cochées.

MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue. La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche :

# Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter une analyse rapide" n'est pas coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse.

MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain temps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement.

# A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre.

Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
En cliquant sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

MBAM va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le bloc-note. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)
Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter.

Hello !

Ce matin, ca a l'air mieux!

J'ai juste eu un seul message d’erreur au démarrage (ci-dessous) qui tant que je n'avais pas cliqué sur OK (la seule possibilité de clic) ne permettait pas à connecter mon ordi à internet...

Mais sinon tout bien j'ai l'împression

Surement des traces de clés corompues dans la base de registre...

Télécharge Wise Registry Cleaner

Regarde bien le tutoriel, il est assez simple d'utilisation...

Important
Effectuer une sauvegarde comme cela en cas d'erreur il sera possible de revenir en arrière. Même si le logiciel crée une sauvegarde avant chaque suppression, il est toujours bien de la créer soi-même. Pour cela, cliquez sur le bouton Sauvegarde Reg. et patiente quelques petites minutes.

Voilà, j'ai fait la dernière analyse, qui m'a supprimé 1200 éléments...

Par contre j'ai toujours le petit message d'erreur de la dernière fois... Au pire c'est pas trop grave...

Si tu as une idée dis moi....

Salut!

J'ai encore une petite question... Depuis hier soir, lorsque je clique sur la corbeille ou le panneau de configuration par exemple, j'ai un message qui s'ouvre et me dis :

"Please wait while windows configures HPIZplus450."

Ensuite lorsque j'annule, car il me propose de chercher ce programme sur le disque de mon choix, le message suivant apparaît : Error 1706. No valid source could be found for product HPIZplus 450. The Windows Installer cannot continue.

Dis moi si tu connais quelque chose par rapport à cette erreur.

Tu as une imprimante HP ?

1) Essaye de supprimer un programme HP qui visiblement ne sert à rien : HP IMAGE ZONE PLUS - après tout devrait revenir dans l'ordre

2) Desinstalle tous les logiciels HP que tu as, et ne reinstalle que les drivers, pas les utilitaires. Ca devrait fonctionner.

Tiens moi au courant...
