Virus,trojan? aide avec rapporhijackthis

Bonjour,
j'ai des fenetres qui s'ouvrent de façon intempestives dans internet explorer 7.
mon systeme tourne sous vista edition familiale.
j'ai déjà scanné avec spybot qui a corrigé "virtumonde"& Microsoft.Windows.securite.internetExplorer
j'ai scané avec vundoFix qui lui n'a rien trouvé
Comme antivirus j'ai Norton Sécurity, lui m'a trouvé et mis en quarantaine Trojan Marketscore, Trojan Vundo,et Spyware Metajuan...
Malgré tout ceci, j'ai toujours le même soucis...
alors j'ai installé hitjackthis, j'ai fait un scan, mais je ne sais pas l'interpréter. Est-ce que quelqu'un pourrait
m'épauler?
