Trojan : impossible installer Symantec 2008

Bonjour,

Depuis 1 semaine, je tente d'installer Symantec antivirus 2008. L'installation est ok mais pas d'accès à liveupdate.

Après moultes contacts avec le support technique de Symantec (ré-installation,....nettoyage regedit, fichiers temps,...), essai en mode sans échec, pare-feux désactivé... et j'en passe, j'ai remarqué que je n'accédais pas à certaines url comme www.symantec.com ou encore liveupdate.symantec.com...il m'indique que les pages n'existent pas.

Après quelques recherches sur internet, j'ai vu qu'il existait un ou des trojan qui bloquent les accès aux sites de sécurité(?). J'ai utilisé l'activeX de Ariva qui n'a rien donné ainsi qu'un autre utilitaire de Symantec téléchargé depuis le site de ZDNet, pareil.

J'ai aussi noté le même problème pour accéder au site de McAfee (www.mcafee.com). A noter que j'accède bien aux site e-commerce des deux éditeurs.

Enfin, j'ai un autre PC portable qui lui fonctionne parfaitement bien et se trouve connecté sur le même réseau wifi de la maison.

Mon pc est un HP NC6000 sous windows XP-SP2 (1g ram, 40 HD). J'utilise une carte wifi pcmcia Netgear. Mon provider est FREE (v5)en mode dégroupé.

    Ca coute cher et ça n'apporte que des ennuis.

      Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :

      Telecharge malwarebytes + tutoriel :

      Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.

      Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".

      Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet".

      Puis click sur "rechercher".

      Laisse le scanner le pc...

      Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.

      si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".

      A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

      Copie et colle le rapport stp.

        J'ai comme tu me l'as indiqué, cliqué sur "supprimer". J'ai ensuite essayé après avoir redémarrer, de me connecter au site liveupdate.symantec.com mais toujours rien.

        Penses tu à autre chose. Faudrait il que je fasse tourner un autre anti-spyware/anti-virus?

      fais ça telecharge et instal hijackthis sur ce lien :

      puis ouvre le et clic sur do a system scan and save a logfile

      puis copie colle le rapport du bloc note dans ta prochaine réponse

      et refais un scan complet avec malware byte pour voir si il te retouve les infections

      si oui supprime les en les cochant et cliquant sur supprimer

      et copie colle le nouveau rapport

      pour les supprimer tu les coches ensuite tu clic sur fix checked

      j attend le rapport de malwarebyte n oublie pas de lsupprimer les infection avec malware byte

        car il est lourd et inéfficace

        2. Ecoute, juste après t'avoir envoyé mon précédent email avec le rapport avira, je me suis reconnecté à internet et magie de l'informatique, je peux me connecter aux fameux sites. Je vais de ce pas procéder à une ré-installation de symantec et te tiens au courant. J'ai bien pris note de tes critiques concernant le logiciel mais j'ai déjà lâché les 30€ pour l'achat. Je garde toute ta liste de logiciels en mag pour j'espère pas une prochaine fois.

          Encore merci pour ton aide (et patiente). A force de tester multiples outils en tout genre, je pense que le dernier scan et correction avec AVIRA, a eu le dernier mot.

          Je viens juste de compléter l'installation de Symantec Antivirus 2008. Tout est maintenant ok et j'accède bien au site de sécurité de Symantec.

          Je regrette juste de ne pas pouvoir identier la sal... de virus qui m'a pourrie la vie pendant cette semaine.

        Un rapport va s'ouvrir, copie et colle le contenu sur le forum.

        ouvre la commande éxécuter
        tape msconfig
        va sur l onglet démarrage
        et fais moi la liste des programmes qui s y trouvent je te dirais quoi désactiver pour accélérer un peut le démarrage
