Hello,
my 2 Wii remotes no longer work, the cursor no longer appears on the selection screen and when I press a button, the first two lights on the remote blink for a moment and then turn off.
I have already tried to re-synchronize them but that doesn't work either.

Same for me, my Wii remotes are no longer working, all the buttons blink then turn off, I changed the batteries and it doesn't change anything, please help???

ONE DAY I WAS PLAYING A MATCH WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN NOTHING WORKED, AND SINCE THEN I CAN'T DO ANYTHING IN FIFA 09. PLEASE RESPOND QUICKLY, I'M EAGER TO PLAY AGAIN AND DON'T WANT TO BUY A NEW WII WITH REMOTES.

Hello, exactly the same thing happened to me this morning when I got up. I wanted to play on the Wii, but the remotes weren't working anymore. I tried charging them for about an hour and nothing! The worst part is that when I press the remote, the lights don't even come on, so I don't know what to do.

Unplug everything and plug it all back in, resynchronize the remote controls. It worked for us!

Hi everyone! I also no longer have the hand for the Wii menu, but it seems you need to check the manual for the contact address by mail, email, or phone, and with that you can reach them. We haven't done that yet

Thank you for your responses, but I want to clarify that I indeed checked the batteries before anything else.
The problem was resolved a little later when I unplugged my internet connection, which apparently was preventing the remote controls from working properly wirelessly, and then I re-synced them and everything works again.
Fortunately, because with only a week until the release of Mario Kart, I was starting to get really worried!

I also have a little problem >.< the thing is that I press both red buttons at the same time but it doesn’t work (I’ve tried in every order) but there’s never any blinking, what should I do?

Your internet connection is not working because during your first successful connection test your Wii saw it, then during the 2nd it lost the connection, but from the 3rd, redo a connection test because the used connection keeps this connection in memory
ex: connection 1 used but does not work
connection 2 WORKS AND is used!!!! -

I have a tip but right now it’s not working: you need to remove the battery cover from my Wii controller and open the small box underneath RESET and press the red button for about 1 or 2 minutes, that will reactivate your controller depending on the problem!! Let me know if it worked or not, goodbye....

I was on Mario Kart Wii and I accidentally pressed a button, and something appeared that I barely remember saying that controller 2 would become controller 1. I clicked "ok" and then when I play with controller 1, it doesn’t turn on anymore; it’s controller 2 that works like controller 1. Basically, it’s like this: controller 1 doesn’t respond but can play like controller 2
controller 2: responds but acts like controller 1, so the first one doesn’t work anymore
I can’t explain it very well, but it seems like controller 1 has been switched, so I can play only with controller 2 controlling the game (like your controller 1) and controller 1 is like your controller 2
Help me, otherwise I can’t play alone anymore!! -

Be careful with counterfeit wiimotes, I got ripped off on eBay, it's a big piece of junk, it really sucks.
