It seems to me that the Bluetooth module of the box is located on the same board as the Wi-Fi module, so if your Wi-Fi is enabled, so is the Bluetooth.

I just checked mine (a Sagem) and I have Bluetooth activated but there's no way to turn it off; however, my phone sometimes only detects it once every two times.
