My livebox turns off

Hello,
I have a small issue and before returning my Livebox to Orange for the second time for an exchange, I would like to check with you.
Let me explain my problem: I am connected via Ethernet cable and I have no line issues, the tests I conducted using the link provided on this site or with downloaded software show that everything is fine.
However, here's the thing: I've been surfing without a problem, and for the past 2 or 3 days, the Livebox completely shuts down, no red light, nothing at all, and I have to unplug the power cable and plug it back in (no issue with the power outlet, I checked). I suppose it’s the Livebox that’s faulty because I have no problems with all my other devices. This is just an email to confirm or give me a lead would be very nice before I go "yell" at Orange about the quality of their supplies (oops, I forgot, this Livebox is only 5 months old).
