Hello, I'm a bit bothered because I would like to know how many SFR red square points I have, knowing that I have a blocked plan at €18.99/month with a 24-month commitment & with the under 25s advantage of 1000 free texts & reduced calls from 6 PM to 8 AM. I went to the SFR website and apparently, you cannot check your red square points balance. Please inform me.. Or give me a phone number I can call.. Thank you..

I would like to know how to check the red square points on my SFR mobile! Considering that I only recharge my phone with mobicards. I would like a response fairly quickly.
Thank you!
Thank you!
Are you idiots or what, the 963 DOES NOT GIVE RED SQUARE POINTS FOR BLOCKED PLANS, the 20th says so.
Hello
For all those who have a blocked plan with SFR, know that there are indeed no red square points. But there is what they call the "loyalty advantage," which allows you to get a new phone just like with the points. To see what phones they offer, check your account online.

To find out the number of red square points you have, you need to call 963, but if you don't have any credit, you can't call 963. You also can't check your SFR account. For more information, leave a comment.
uh no, you can't buy a phone, you need at least 20,000 red square points
my mom did it not long ago
I'm also promoting my blog, sorry can you go to my blog: http://julialeb-59.skyrock.com/
and leave me comments and if it's not too much to ask, vote for my little cousin who is 2 years old for the Kiabi contest, thank you in advance. Also, I have a question, I have SFR prepaid card and I would like to know how many red square points I have, but apparently to find out I need to top up, which really bothers me. If you know how I can find out how many I have without necessarily topping up, thank you for responding!
and thanks in advance for my little cousin
if you have a blog, leave it to me and I will leave you comments to thank you for this gesture.
kisses and good luck to my readers who take the time to read this. Thank you in advance and can you please respond if it's not too much to ask, thanks! <3

Hello, here is the answer
1 You go to your directory and type "my story"
( it's free !!!!!)
2 Listen to what it will tell you and go to the red square section
There you go, and it will tell you.

From the moment you have a capped SFR plan, even if you keep it for 6 years, you will never have any red square points. This is because capped plans are excluded from this loyalty system, as stated on their website.
it's complete nonsense what you're saying, I have a blocked SFR plan, and I see and receive every month but no red square! So when someone asks for information, we don't say nonsense, and you can write whatever you want, I won't come back to this forum, too much nonsense has been said, to whom it may concern, goodbye!
Indeed, I've tried calling 963 and 952, and there's no red square point on the horizon.
I'm also on a blocked SFR plan and even on the website, there's no more information about the red square points.
I almost regret my old illimytics plan, which ultimately wasn't so terrible…
With my N95, I'm a bit stuck with a... blocked... plan.
In short -> no red square points, just access to the loyalty bonus program every year (a meager consolation, I agree)
Looking forward to crossing paths with you again here.

Hello,
I don't know how to find out how many red square points I have, I called 963 and they told me:
<< Your main credit is exhausted, to recharge your credit call 952 for free, to find out how much credit you have please call 950 >>
Please respond quickly, I need to buy a new phone and I want to use my red square points that's why I'm asking you!!!
P.S.: I don't have a subscription.
Thank you in advance.

Hello, I can't find out my points either, I called 963 and, coincidentally, the service is currently down ^^ .. otherwise, if you're with SFR La Carte (like me), you can't change your phone with points... to get a new mobile, you need to switch to at least a blocked SFR plan. (which I don't want to do either) so my only option left is to buy phones (decent ones) from friends or online to get less outdated models... otherwise, with points under SFR La Carte (mobicarte is the same), you can only access SMS, MMS, calls at reduced prices or even free. I hope I could help some people, if not, just head to your nearest SFR store (that's what I did ;) ) (have a good afternoon here... and keep your cyber-smile, it's all about the NET!...)
Best regards... Airk

Hello, yes it's clear, we're not aware of anything with SFR. They give you plenty of offers with the card, but you can't even benefit from them. It's total nonsense, but well, it's still better than Orange, that's for sure. However, I also can't afford to take a minimum plan, so I'm sticking to the prepaid card for now, hoping to find out how to get those points. See you soon, have a good rest of the afternoon.
Hello. I can't access my red square points for mobile without a plan, even when calling 963; does anyone have an answer? Thank you.
I think we should check the site https://www.sfr.fr/ to find out how many red square points we have.

Yes, but well, I don't have a subscription, so it's not easy to know how many red square points I have, and we can't find a number to check it. So if someone could tell me, thanks, it would help me a lot because no one has found out yet. Bye.
