Hello, I'm a bit bothered because I would like to know how many SFR red square points I have, knowing that I have a blocked plan at €18.99/month with a 24-month commitment & with the under 25s advantage of 1000 free texts & reduced calls from 6 PM to 8 AM. I went to the SFR website and apparently, you cannot check your red square points balance. Please inform me.. Or give me a phone number I can call.. Thank you..

On your invoice, on the left side in the box "Your SFR benefits," we indicate your number of points as of a specific date.
Otherwise, you can always stop by a SFR store, and you will get an immediate response based on your number.

Pour connaître tes points carrés rouges, appelle le 963 et il va t'indiquer ce qu'il faut faire. Pour savoir tes points, c'est aussi simple que ça, essaie, tu verras, ça va marcher.

For all those who have a blocked plan with SFR, know that there are indeed no red square points. But there is what they call the "loyalty advantage," which allows you to get a new phone just like with the points. To see what phones they offer, check your account online.

To find out the number of red square points you have, you need to call 963, but if you don't have any credit, you can't call 963. You also can't check your SFR account. For more information, leave a comment.

It's indeed the 963 that gives the amount of red square points
but you need to have credit to call 963
and be careful, your points are only valid for the last 2 years + the current year
I just discovered the SFR trick: I hadn't used my points previously either, well
that's lost!!!

From the moment you have a capped SFR plan, even if you keep it for 6 years, you will never have any red square points. This is because capped plans are excluded from this loyalty system, as stated on their website.

Indeed, I've tried calling 963 and 952, and there's no red square point on the horizon.

I'm also on a blocked SFR plan and even on the website, there's no more information about the red square points.

I almost regret my old illimytics plan, which ultimately wasn't so terrible…

With my N95, I'm a bit stuck with a... blocked... plan.

In short -> no red square points, just access to the loyalty bonus program every year (a meager consolation, I agree)

Hello, I can't find out my points either, I called 963 and, coincidentally, the service is currently down ^^ .. otherwise, if you're with SFR La Carte (like me), you can't change your phone with points... to get a new mobile, you need to switch to at least a blocked SFR plan. (which I don't want to do either) so my only option left is to buy phones (decent ones) from friends or online to get less outdated models... otherwise, with points under SFR La Carte (mobicarte is the same), you can only access SMS, MMS, calls at reduced prices or even free. I hope I could help some people, if not, just head to your nearest SFR store (that's what I did ;) ) (have a good afternoon here... and keep your cyber-smile, it's all about the NET!...)

Hello, yes it's clear, we're not aware of anything with SFR. They give you plenty of offers with the card, but you can't even benefit from them. It's total nonsense, but well, it's still better than Orange, that's for sure. However, I also can't afford to take a minimum plan, so I'm sticking to the prepaid card for now, hoping to find out how to get those points. See you soon, have a good rest of the afternoon.
