Bonjour,
j'ai installé kapersky hier et il a détecté ce trojan il me dit non trouvé trojan, je ne le connais pas encore et ne sais pas comment faire pour annulé le trojan il était mis dans la sauvegarde et je l'ai éliminé
kapersky ma dit de redémarré et tout était pareille quand je suis revenue
Va t-il l'éliminer tout seule il n'est pas en quarantaine
J'ai un PLAY_MP3 sur le bureau qui ne s'élimine pas a t-il rapport avec le trojan???

Redemarre en mode sans echec, et suprime le fichier PALY_MP3 (si tu n'es aps sure de sa provenance).
Telecharge ensuite le logiciel HijackThis :
https://www.01net.com/outils/telecharger/windows/Securite/anti-spyware/fiches/tele29061.html
Puis envoie nous un rapport.
Pour ce faire, lance le logiciel et click sur "do a system file and save a log file".
Une fennetre bloc note va s'ouvrir, copie tout et poste dans ta prochaine reponse.

pas réussi a suprimé PLAY_MP3 en mode sans échec ou explique s.v.p. si procédure spécial a faire en mode sans échec

Pour démarrer en mode sans échec, appuies sur F8 des lors que la marque de ton PC apparait au redemarage.
En suite tu n'as pas de manip' spécial a faire, juste le suprimer comme si tu le faisais normalement.
Il faut peut être que tu sois administrateur de l'ordinateur, tout dépend des fichiers a supprimer.
Quand tu dis : "Sa ne marche pas", que se passe t'il? Message d'erreur? Le fichier part a la corbeille mais reviens? Autres?


PS: Je travail en ce moment sur ton rapport hijackthis.

non il me dit que le fichier est ouvert dans un autre programme et de le fermé avant de pouvoir le supprimé
je l'ai trouvé seulement sur le desktop et la aussi c'est pareille impossible de le supprimé
en mode sans échec c'est pareille

Okay, maintenant redemare en mode sans echec. Copie tout ce que je vais te dire dans un ficihier texte, tu ne disposera pas d'internet en mode sans echec.

Donc, tu refais une annalyse mais cette fois tu click sur "Do a system scan only". Les lignes apparaissent comme precedement. Coche les lignes suivantes :

Je te conseil egalement fortement de suprimer tous tes antivirus sauf un. En effet plusieurs antivirus sur un meme poste met en danger la fiabilité et la securité de ton systeme. Je te propose de garder seulement KasperSky.
Pour cela, va dans panneau de configuration, desinstaller un programe.


Apres avoir fait tout cela, reposte un rapport hijackthis.

Okay, appuie sur <Bouton windows + R> unee petite fennetre s'ouvre. Tape dedans <Regedit>
La base de registre s'oure alors. Suis le chemin suivant et dis screen moi ce qu'il y'a a la fin.
Chemin = HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Ne te trompe pas, si tu as des doutes, dis-nous "l'intrus".

Il faut que tu ouvre la base de registre, et que tu suive le chemin suivant
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Ensuite, dis moi ce qu'il y a a la fin! ^^

Okay, donc tout va bien de ce niveau la. Etant donner que le trojan est partit, tu peux mettre [RESOLUE].
Ne t'inquiette pas, je vais continuer a chercher comment effacer le MP3.

Alors, premièrement, y a t'il une petite fléche en bas a gauche de l'icône PLAY_MP3?
Puis, maintenant je vais te dire que faire : Ouvre le gestionnaire de tache. Pour cela, appuies en même temps sur les touches : < CTRL+ALT+ . > (en bas du 3 et a droite du 0).
Ton ecran deviendra vert, et tout en bas des choix tu click sur "ouvrir le gestionnaire de tache".
Après çà, sa te ramène au bureau et t'ouvre une fennetre. Dans les onglets va dans "Processus", agrandit la fenêtre et screen. Envois moi ensuite le screen.

Salut j'ai eu beaucoup de difficulté a copier coller est-ce que c'est ce que vous vouliez
Je ne peut pas screener le bouton impr.écran syst. ne voulait pas fonctionner
Ce n'est pas ce que je lisait dans le gestionnaire des tache mais dans l'aide on me disait de le mettre dans le registre et après j'ai du le mettre dans le bloc note et a la fin c'est ce que j'ai eu???

Je ne sais pas quoi faire cependant va t-il le supprimé ou c'est moi qui doit le faire??
Je ne trouve rien dans le mode d'emploi
merde j'ai eu peur j'avait mis tout le message et il y avait l'adresse du ad-ware ,j'ai eu chaud;)

Bon je ne le vois plus sur le bureau je l'ai mis directement en quarantaine

Oui et j'ai trouvé le fonctionnement de kaperssky
quand il est dans les élément détecté il est automatiquement réparé ou suprimé
