bonjour ,

voila j'ai un ami sur msn qui vient me voir et me dit qu'il vient de recevoir un message instantané etant
>> " hey check this .. http://new.c00lstuff.info !! " << ceci juste a la suite de mon pseudo , j'ai verifier mes historiques et moi je ne voit rien , bref le lien donne sur une page de pub pour la nouvelle playstation 3
je viens de faire une petite recherche et je ne trouve pas d'actualité la dessus , je vous precise que je suis connectée en angleterre acces UK, que j'ai AVG free , et spybot antivirus , d'ailleurs une fois que mon ami me la signaler j'ai immediatement fais un scan , et c la que je l'ai vu trojan horse backdoor generic 4 EIH, bref apres je ne m'y connais pas plus.....
donc j'ai encore rien fait ,j'ai dl msnfix mais je ne l'ai pas executer , j'attends de vos reponses
merci d'avance

ps ce n'ai pas le seul de mes contacts a avoir reçu ce message instantané sur msn

Télécharge HijackThis (regarde dans "Télécharger" sur ce site) puis une fois installé tu fais "Do a system scan and save a logfile" et tu postes le rapport ici. On s'en occupera.

stp indiques moi la suite ou explique moi un peu le deroulement apres , je suis curieuse , j'aime savoir comment fonctionne les software et le processus de nettoyage de hijackthis ..

tend micro scan estime la durée du scan a environ 2 heures , donc j'ai deja envoyer vundo... je pensais par la suite installer system mecanics , pour garder un environement sain ....

ouf le scan de vundofix prends son temps aussi , tu penses que j'en ai pour combien de temps , va t-il scanner mes DD , et si oui dois je laisser faire , ou puis je les enlever si il est encore temps ou tt simplement dois je prendre mon mal en patience ????

Pour info complémentaire, tu m'avais demandé le processus de Hijack: c'est un outil très pratique car il fait une liste du registre du pc. Dans ce registre c'est du charabia n'est-ce pas? Et bien il y a les logiciels installés sur ton ordi et d'éventuels virus. On analyse le nom du fichier puis de son extension, ensuite on compare tout ça sur une base de données en ligne et c'est à partir de là que l'on détermine s'il y a des lignes infectées. En ce qui concerne le "Fix Checked" ça permet de supprimer/réparer une ligne du registre mais il faut faire TRES attention car si on supprime une ligne propre et essentielle...l'ordi peut avoir un sacré malaise!

ok , je laisse faire, d'ailleurs le scan en ligne continue, j'ai garder ouvert le rapport d'avg, et la fenetre d'apres scan de trend micro hijackthis et je n'ai rien touché ..... j'imagine que tu me guideras pour la suite

Eh au fait, quand AVG a détecté le trojan, qu'as-tu fais après? Tu l'as supprimé? Mis en quarantaine?

et vundofix me dit " done searching for files.not infected files were found"
sur le lien ou j'ai dl vundo ds les instructions on me dit de cliker sur le button remove undo , hors je n'ai pas cette possibilité

C'est normal que tu ne puisses pas cliquer sur "Remove vundo" car il n'a rien trouvé. Bon refais un coup de Hijack, poste le rapport ici. Le scan online est achevé?

Attends la fin du scan online. Une fois effectué tu posteras le rapport. Tu pourras ensuite redémarrer et rebalancer un rapport HijackThis ici. A mon avis AVG a du stopper le trojan car il n'y a pas de truc qui saute aux yeux dans le log de Hijack, mais c'est pareil, il a pu muter pour mieux se planquer!

En attendant ouvre AVG et regarde s'il y a quelque chose de mis en quarantaine et si un rapport est disponible lorsqu'il a détecté le trojan.
Garde courage, c'est toujours le même bordel avec les trojans, faut tenir bon!

Et vérifie également si tu as des ports d'ouvert et que tu n'utilises pas. S'il y a un port ouvert sans que tu ne l'utilises ferme-le. Pour simplifier la tâche fais un scan des ports(c'est rapide) ici: http://www.zebulon.fr/outils/scanports/test-securite.php

C'est pour vérifier que le trojan n'ait pas créer une porte dérobée.

alors pour les ports ils sont ouverts , je verifie ça demain , mais j'ai besoin de certains ports ouvert ....c'est personnel

ensuite je viens de rebooter par etape :
avant de redemarrer , j'ai arreté le scan online parce qu'il prenait trop de temps ...
ensuite j'ai lancer msnfix voici le premier scan --> il ma trouver une infection....

Bon ben on dirait que t'es tranquille! Si tu vas sur MSN et que rien de suspect n'est à signaler, t'as tout bon! Effectue quand même demain ou après demain un coup de Spybot (après l'avoir mis à jour) juste pour voir s'il n'y a pas de mouchards.
