Trojan Win32 a

Bonjour,
Ad aware me signal que mon pc possede le trojan win32 a. Comment puis je le supprimmez???
Windows Defender ne detecte rien. Cependant les symptomes semble etre :
- Je ne peux pas afficher les dossiers caché, pourtant je suis la bonne procédure : Outils, option de dossier, affichage, je coche la case, appliquer, ok et rien n'apparait, quant je retourne pour voir c'est toujours masqué les dossiers qui est coché.
- La ou il y a l'URL du site par exemple, si je click a droite sur la petite fleche pour voir le défilement, je ne peux pas pour les dossiers.
