Problème de bourrage

Bonjour,
j'ai une imprimante hp officejet 4355 tout-en-un et depuis 2 jours, elle indique qu'il y a bourrage papier: or il n'a ya rien comme papier.
L'assistant m'indique d'appuyer sur"ok" pour recommencer, mais lorsque j'appuie, c'est le meme scenario.
S'il y a quelqu'un qui peut m'aider à resoudre ce problème.
