Bonjour,

j'ai une fenêtre system defender qui s'ouvre en permanene sans que je le demande.

Comment faire pour s'en débarasser ?

smit fraud fix (colle le rapport)

1/ telecharger :

http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.php

2/ double clique sur smitfraudfix. puis sélectionne 1 et appuyer sur entrée afin de créer le rapport des infection présentes. une fois le rapport effectué redémarre en mode sans échec (en appuyant sur F8 ou suppr, ou F5 au démarrage en général)

Bonjour à tous, 

Comme nombre d'entre vous, je suis également infectée par un ver qui m'affiche en permanence des fenêtres intempestives "system defender".

Comme conseillé par les avertis j'ai téléchargé HijackThis et voilà ce que ça donne (j'espère avoir bien fait tout ce qu'il fallait!?) 

Si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider à percer le mystère de toutes ces lignes... ça me serait d'un grand secours !

3/ redémarre en mode sans échec (en appuyant sur F8 ou suppr, ou F5 au démarrage en général) puis lance smitfraudfix , sélectionne l'option 2 et appuyer sur entrée pour commencer la désinfection. lorsque le programme demande si tu veut nettoyer le registre mets oui en tapant 0 et entrée

bonjour, voilà comment j'ai fait pour retirer system defender sur un poste. j'ai chargé malwarebyte-s-anti-malware, hijackthis et moveonboot. J'ai passé un coup de  MAM, comme ca revenait j'ai lancé hijackthis , j'ai chargé le log sur le site http://www.hijackthis.de, en ligne 021, j'avais un fichier .dll inconnu. Ne pouvant pas le retirer par hijackthis, je l'ai retiré avec moveonboot en redémarrant le pc. C'est coriace quand même.
