infection trojan win32. demande d'aide. Résolu

Question

Bonjour,
voila, il y a trois jours avast! ma detecter un cheval de troy nome win32, il l'a ensuite place en quarantaine mais le probleme persiste est de nouveaux fichiers infectes sont detecter. il les place en quarantaine a chaque foi.
j'ai donc procede a un scan total du dd avec avast.resulta: deux fichier placee en quarantaine.
Mon pc etant un dell, un CD de mcafee m'a ete livre avec. J'ai donc instale se logiciel, desinstale avast et procede a un scan en me disant que petetre lui poura reparer mon probleme. sans resulta.
Au debut les symptomes du virus n'etait pas tres important mais maintenant window m'indique que mon systeme devient instable.

Alor voila je vous demande de l'aide sachant que je ne suis pas un pro de l'informatique.

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo. 

ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste 

Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis 
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier. 
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

avec un des suivants: 
(desactiver votre antivirus le temps du scan)         : rq: la prochaine fois utilise un scan en ligne plutôt que de reinstaller un autre antivirus)
