Philips DVDR3320V lounge reader

Hello,
My Philips DVDR3320V lounge player no longer wants to read most of my DVDs even though it used to. It shows "unknown disc, check again" and ejects the disc. I don't know what I should do.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello, have you tried cleaning the lens of your DVD player?

if it is under warranty = customer service
