my Packard Bell laptop won't turn on

Question

Hello,
my Packard Bell laptop has been off for a long time, and when I tried to turn it back on, nothing happens. When I plug it in, there isn't even a light on the LED. If anyone has a solution, that would be great, thanks.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

If your computer won't turn on, do exactly this: unplug the power cord, remove the battery, hold down the power button for 30 seconds, plug the cord back in, restart and put the battery back in, your computer will start again... QED

My NEC Packard Bell laptop is stuck in a loop when I try to choose Safe Mode or start Windows normally; it keeps restarting to reach this menu ==> Safe Mode, Command Prompt Safe Mode...

Hello everyone, I have a Packard Bell which about an hour ago was working perfectly well. But when I turned it back on 10 minutes ago, there's a black screen, it tries in vain to start but after 30 seconds it turns off... (info: My battery is dead, it only has 2 minutes of autonomy left) could it be the charger?
I tried the procedure mentioned above in this forum but there was no result...
