I can make calls but not receive them.

Question

Hello,
I have a problem with the unlimited phone service of the Net + 8 mega offer from Orange. I can make calls but I can't receive any.
They say the number is not assigned even though I can make calls. I've called customer service and even gone there in person, but they always tell me the same thing. What should I do?

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

To cancel calls on Free, just log in with your account on free.fr, go to "Services" and disable the option that rejects calls... It's that simple! :)
