Bonjour,
mon frere vien de formater son ordi qui etait en anglais, et le reinstaller en francais, mais son ordi n p pas ce demarrer, il est blocker sur 1 message qui lui di que:stop:C0000I32 cette application n'a pas pus demarrer car ADVAPI32.dll est introuvable la reinstallation de cette apllication peu corriger le problem, il ne parvien pas a reinstaller ou acceeder sur windows sur le bureau de son ordi, how can we do to acceess or reinstall de system again whilst the message stops us from doing anything? we are stuck here and dont know how to do , we need your help please

Bonjour,
You can reboot your PC in failsafe mode (F8 at startup) and after in the startup menu in "run" start msconfig programm there stop every programs, reboot in normal mode.
In normal mode, uninstall/reinstall your programm, come back un startup menu and run msconfig and there active all that you stop before! reboot your pc.

i tried to use safe mode and it still impossible it brought me the same message, Redemarrage du Programe d'installation.... and then after a short time it shows the same message again stop:C0000I32 cette application n'a pas pus demarrer car ADVAPI32.dll est introuvable la reinstallation de cette apllication peu corriger le problem,
