Probleme d'envoi de formulaire

Bonjour Tlm,

je viens de créer un formulaire pour mes activités du site sauf que l'envoie passe pas directement
>> quand je clic sur envoyer une fenêtre s'ouvre (windowsmail) et a part l'adresse y a aucun champ rempli
ce que je voudrais c'est qu'en cliquant sur envoyer ça passe directement sans contraintes
