Hello,
I made a mistake and now, when I move my mouse, the screen moves with it! What should I do? 
Configuration: Mac OS X Safari 523.12

    The wrong action was com+alt+8, which activates the zoom in Universal Access
    Solution:
    System Preferences > Universal Access:
    uncheck Zoom
