Here is an example of a work time sheet. You can mark "Monday", "Tuesday", "Wednesday", "Thursday", and "Friday" instead of dates.

For the hours, just enter them in the format "8:30" and the calculation will do itself!

      Hello!
My problem is as follows, I want to create an Excel table for my hours and my leave. My issue is that my schedule is a bit tricky, and I would like to have a monthly and annual summary of working hours + extra hours, hours taken back, days taken as well as leave. I'm making a small summary (I'm not very good at Excel, my area is technical)
      RTT/year 12 days
      Off-season days 2 days
      Fractioning day 1 day
      Annual leave 25 days
      Working hours on Monday 7:00
      From Tuesday to Friday 7:30
Overtime for night hours from 00:00 to 05:00 (1h=1h50mn) and from 05:00 to 06:00 (1h=1h10), knowing that any worked period started before 06:00 (e.g. 05:30 to 06:30) is considered overtime
Overtime hours on Sunday from 00:00 to 24:00 (1h=1h50mn)
Clearly, I would like to know the number of extra hours I have to recover and possibly the number of days
Be able to subtract the hours and/or days I take back and have a monthly and annual summary to print

I don’t know if it’s very difficult, but I’ve been struggling for two months now alone, and I can’t take it anymore, help!!!
All I can do is a calendar and add up the hours, and I'm still not able to put leave and hours in the same file, so if someone could kindly help me, thanks in advance.

      Hello

I read that you can help calculate the working hours for this month (January 2010)
I worked 305 hours and night shifts as a security agent from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM all week
and 3 weekends of night shifts as well

      Schedule:
started Monday the 4th to Friday the 22nd (finished at 7:30 AM) non-stop nights

      days off on the weekend

resumed Monday the 25th for night shifts until Monday, February 1st always the same hours from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM every night

P.S.: This is my schedule for the month of January and it cannot change

So if someone can help me calculate because I think my boss is seriously screwing me over

I'm in the same situation as theghost, please help me, my boss is really an excellent A....... and he really screws me over with coarse salt on top, but I’m not going to let it happen!!!
So I plan to make him pay for everything by putting together a file since 2007 and this program will help me put my case together.

Schedule 7 PM to 7 AM or 7 AM to 7 PM
      Different schedule every month
Rarely work Sundays or public holidays

      Hello,

      I have a problem that I can't solve.

I have an Excel cell displaying a TIMER that shows the hours, minutes, and seconds 24/7.
      On another cell, I have a formula that calculates the difference between a date entered at a certain moment, and the time that is passing;

      Problem:

I would like the elapsed time to be calculated only during opening hours, for example between 08:00:00 and 17:00:00.

      Thank you for your help....

      Hello,

I have a small issue regarding the calculation of my working hours. Actually, I don't understand how 1/2 hour equals 50 minutes.
How do we calculate 1/4 hour and 1/2 hour?
Moreover, you had proposed an Excel table regarding a timetable; would it be possible for you to create mine so I can understand better, please? My weekly schedule is as follows:
Every morning from 8:15 AM to 12:00 PM (except Wednesday, which is completely free).
In the afternoons: Monday from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM - Tuesday from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM - Thursday from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM - Friday from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
I need to work 31 hours and 50 minutes. Do my hours match up with the hours I need to complete?
      Thank you for your response.
      Best regards, Julie

      Hello,

you should have made a new post

you must be confusing minutes and hundredths (it's often hundredths on the payslips)
when you say you need to do 31h50, that should be 31 hours plus 50 hundredths (and not 50 minutes)

see the addition of your hours:

Hello, I am a new civil servant and I have to work 36h55?!

Here are the hours I have chosen (with my manager's agreement but not yet approved):

      From Monday to Thursday: 8:45 AM - 12 PM / 12:45 PM - 4:45 PM
      On Friday: 8:45 AM - 12 PM / 12:45 PM - 3:45 PM

Can you tell me if this works, otherwise send a modification to achieve 36h55 thank you.

For lunch break, we have the choice between:

1h15 with 20 minutes counted as work time.

      or

45 minutes with 20 minutes counted as work time
      .

I'm a bit lost, can you clarify things for me???!!!!

      Thank you for your help.

Hello, here are my working hours.
From Monday to Friday from 5:30 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2 PM to 8 PM. This can vary. The problem is that I can't add up all my hours at the end of the month; I haven't found the formula. Can you help me? Thank you.

PS: I forgot that public holidays are considered as Sundays 1h=1h50
and I would like to have a configuration sheet that asks me for the days off to take during the year
the off-season days and the split days
as well as the overtime premium rate
since I am in the public hospital service, it changes all the time, I wouldn't want to redo it every year or with every new trick from our very dear government (no, there's no spelling mistake ;)
    thank you for your help
    for example:
Year XXXX (if possible so that the calendar changes automatically according to the year, but maybe I'm thinking too far ahead)
Number of CA (annual leave) XX
    Number of HS (off-season) XX
Number of JF (split days) XX
    Night premium 0h 5h XX
    Hour premium 5h 6h XX
I hope I'm not the only one who needs this kind of calendar that I would gladly put online when the time comes
Thanks again and again if someone would like to take the trouble with this!!!!!

    That's 35 hours a week
8 AM to 12 PM: a difference of 4 hours
1 PM to 4 PM: a difference of 3 hours

So you have 7 hours of work in a day, so if it's from Monday to Friday
    7 hours * 5 days = 35 hours a week
