Google translation
(paste the link in Google, search, click on translate page, on the left...)
Tools required for WAV conversion:
Let’s talk about the tools needed to do our work. We only need two tools and they are:
1. I-Doser itself. Get it from I-Doser.com if you haven’t downloaded it yet. Version 3 is available in time, this tutorial is written. However, you may also use the 4 beta version. (Not available to the public currently)
2. Sbagen. Get from http://uazu.net/sbagen/ Google or just for it. Download the Windows installer version.
Download and install the applications before continuing.
Procedure:
Part I: Getting the SBG DRG file:
1. Launch I-Doser, dose and Open file. If you have already opened the DRG file once, read the above section Duplicating doses.
2. Click on "Play dose" and let it run.
3. Now, go to the folder where you installed I-Doser. It should be your Program Files \ I-Doser directory where you installed it.
4. Look for a file named temp.xqp.
5. Copy this file to another location such as your desktop.
6. Open temp.xqp with Notepad and you will see, it is readable to some extent compared to the . DRG files.
7. Now, add "-SE" without the quotes to the first line of the file so that temp.xqp looks like:
-SE
alpha10: pink/40 300 +10 / 60
alpha12: pink/40 300 12,25 / 60
............................
............................
8. Save the file as "something.sbg" with quotes so that it is saved with an SBG extension.
Part II: Conversion to WAV.
1. Now, right-click the new save file. If you have installed Sbagen, you will see an "Write to Wave" option. Click it and wait a few minutes until the recording is finished.
2. You will see an Out.wav file in the same directory as the .SBG file is located. Rename it to something else if you want to convert a file, otherwise your out.wav will be overwritten.
3. Play the dose WAV file in your preferred media player or burn to DVD/CD or your MP3/iPod player and listen.
Note that if you convert to other formats (such as MP3), the doses may not be effective.
Also note that the right and left of the headphones speakers must be placed in the correct ear for the doses to work and you must have a high-quality stereo headset. And if your speakers do not work, you will need earbuds for I-Doser to work.
PS: Hope this tutorial is easy to follow and understandable. My native language is not English, so pardon any mistakes.

Hello everyone, On the other hand, would someone know how to adjust the duration of the .wav during encoding with SGagen? I tried a few commands found here and there, but nothing changes or it doesn’t work at all... Note that during encoding SBagen reports a default duration of 1 hour, which results in files of about 600 MB, whereas some doses last only 10, 20, or 30 minutes. So we could have much more reasonable file sizes. Thanks in advance.

There you go, I found it. Cyrbil's response being incomplete, I made a blog that explains the process gently.
Don't forget to click on the ads at the bottom in the post "to thank me"

All explained here:

It’s doable in less than 2 minutes for the WAV conversion.
For MP3, some say there would be losses (too compressed format), I’m not sure.
Must test!
Note: for Vista users, the file "temps.xqp" is hidden in "Compatibility Files"
Bye Bye.-

Okay for non-multilinguals here’s the tutorial translated ... slapped together ....
Launch I dose, choose your dose (the one you want to convert ...)
make a move, go to the I-dose directory (for Windows users: C:/Program File/I dose/)
a file named temp.xqp is created.
Copy the... paste it elsewhere ... rename it if you like, just change the extension to .sbg
Download SBAGEN
now right-click on your .sbg file and "convert to wav" and let it work
WARNING the out.wav file (once converted) is REALLY heavy... for 30-minute doses you easily get files of 600 MB !!!
Afterwards you can convert to mp3 but this format is too compressed to keep the effects, some say ...

For Sbagen to respect the dose duration, you need to open temp.xqp with NotePad and add -SE. Then resume the normal procedure ;)

Sorry, I don’t think there are any, but you can directly have the sounds in .mp3 on the site! https://i-doser.com/
Hope I helped, see you later -
What a dumb thing to convert a .drg to .mp3 for, knowing that mp3 is the worst audio format (suppression of all inaudible sounds) you lose the effect of the dose. So converting is completely useless >.<
