Hello,
To do it properly, it is simply, to start with, You can download IOBit Driver Booster Free from the publisher's site:
https://www.iobit.com/en/driver-booster.php
/!\ Be careful during installation to uncheck optional third-party program offers /!\
Do not click Install Now more than once; clicking a second time will install another program...
And use a Giveaway (Donation) version to be able to use the Pro version (Which updates more than 15 drivers)
https://softopaz.com/giveaway/iobit/driver-booster/
Check everything there is to check and click Install Now, and tick the box to automatically restart the PC.
After restart, you can disable its scheduled tasks that it installs (unfortunately for those who do not want to be disturbed) from the Task Scheduler (Search for...) in Windows, in Task Scheduler Library, on the right, by right-click > Disable, or Delete (Whichever).
Hoping this helps.
Have a nice day,

Good evening,
Thank you for your reply; I have completed the steps, nothing worked. -
You're welcome.
Okay, the next step would also be to check in the Control Panel > Sound (of Windows).
If the driver isn’t installed by Driver Booster, you should identify the sound card.
To do that, you would need to find its identification number if possible in this way:
https://www.commentcamarche.net/informatique/peripheriques/1067-numero-d-identification-de-peripherique-pc-comment-le-trouver-avec-windows/
Then it might also help to know the model of the PC (written below in the case of a laptop).
