Connecting the Freebox to a TV remotely

Hello,
I have a question regarding the connection of my TV to my Freebox.
My Freebox is installed in my office, where my computer is also located. I use Wi-Fi to connect my computer to the Freebox.
The TV is in the living room, on the other side of the apartment, about fifteen meters away, with two walls in between. So, it is impossible to connect the two devices using a SCART cable. There is no telephone socket in the living room, so there is no way to plug the Freebox in anywhere other than the office.
My question is: how can I connect the Freebox to the TV so that I can watch all the channels available on the Freebox on the TV in the living room?
Are there any wireless systems to connect your TV to the Freebox? Do audio-video transmitters help resolve this issue?
One last question: if such a system with an audio-video transmitter worked, would I be able to change channels using the TV remote instead of the Freebox remote - which is inefficient since the Freebox is in the office, too far to receive signals from the TV remote?
Maybe you can help me with this little logical-technical problem...
Thank you in advance
