How to turn a Freebox HD off and on again?

Hello,

I activated the WIFI on my Freebox HD so that the HD box works, and Freebox is asking me to "restart your Freebox for the changes to take effect; simply turn it off and then turn it back on."

It might be a silly question... but how do you "turn off" a Freebox and how do you turn it back on?
Is it by unplugging/replugging the power cable? (but that process seems a bit harsh to me...)

Hello,

To restart your Freebox, you need to use the TV. Press the blue "free" button on your remote control, then go to settings, then network information, and there you click on restart. Your Freebox will restart as well as your TV box.
