Hello,
I can no longer open my email account: (email address removed by CCM moderation) and as a result, I can no longer access my inbox, which is still functioning. I was forced to open a yahoo account. Furthermore, when I try to open an account with Neuf, I encounter problems accessing it. What should I do?

Let's imagine you have a @neuf.fr address (this works with all other @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, @orange.fr, @free.fr, etc.).
First, you should try to access it through the webmail (via your browser) to eliminate any issues with your mail settings. Search Google for "webmail neuf.fr" (or "webmail gmail", "webmail orange.fr", etc., as appropriate).
In the case of neuf.fr, it is now https://www.sfr.fr/cas/login?service=https%3A%2F%2Fwebmail.sfr.fr%2Fwebmail%2Fj_spring_cas_security_check
Once you're on the webmail, enter your full address in the "Username" field and type in your password. Ideally, type the password in a text editor or the address bar to ensure it's entered correctly. Then copy it and paste it into the password field.
If it doesn't work, look for a link like "Forgot password" on the page, then follow the instructions.
If it still doesn't work, look for a "Support", "Technical Assistance", or "Contact Us" link on the page and get in touch with the service's support team.
