Bonjour,

j'aurai besoin d'aide pour résoudre le pb suivant:
lorsque j'éteins mon ordi, un message s'affiche pdt un tps très court disant "spoolsv.exe, l'initialisation de la dll a échoué".
Mon ordi rame à fond, l'application semble prendre 100% de l'UC par intermittence genre tte les sec. Je n'arrive même pas à faire un rapport hijackthis car il bug tellement que je ne peut pas à le télécharger.
J'ai fait beaucoup de recherche avant de vous demandez de l'aide mais sans aboutissement..

    salut lorsque je veux installer le iis dans ajouter ou supprimer des composants windows il me parait un message :le smaxmem.exe is needed il me demande lewindows professionnlle pack 2 mais je lance le cd sans aucun avancement aidez moi s vp
