Launch issue tell me more

Hello,

I purchased Tell Me More Arabic for Windows 2000 and XP, the installation goes well but when I start the software, I get "internal error n°2 2-4" appearing. I have the required configuration, yet I have uninstalled and reinstalled it to no avail; and the technical service is unreachable. Could anyone help me? Thanks in advance.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.11

I don't know why, but now I have internal error number 2 2-6 appearing. Could someone please help me? Thank you.

I have the same issue of not recognizing the name error 2 2 6, so I tried your solution by entering a different name and it still doesn't work T_T

ERROR 2-6 appears because you wrote a username that is too short! Open an account with a username of more than 5 letters and it will work!
