"Tell me More" is a Software for Learning a Language... It would be good, first of all... To connect a Headset with Integrated Microphone, like those sold in large retail stores (Carrefour, Géant Casino....)....
You can also create a "Bootable" CD, which you will start upon launching your PC, by burning the ".Iso" file of your purchased Software (Key: F12: Boot Select).
If this "Audio" error continues to appear, update the Audio drivers (usually: "Realtek" Drivers) of your PC from the site:

or even by using a "Driver Update" CD such as "Driverpack Solution" from this site:

I have a friend who had the same issue as you when she bought her "Tell Me More" (English) software....When she launched her CD, it displayed the same error as yours ("ERROR 2591(1004)AudioError(1004), function Ihs_audioOpen Returned: "The Specified ID for the device is an invalid one")....and I resolved her problem by updating her audio drivers with the very good automatic driver update software "Driver Pack Solution" (the latest version is "19.9" I believe, but it’s about 8 GB...So, to burn it, you absolutely need a blank 8.5 GB Dual Layer DVD...This DVD is compatible with "all systems" (from Windows XP to Windows 10)....But you also have version R399 which updates all drivers (this version is intended for Windows "XP" to Windows 8.1. / But it has the major advantage of being only around 4 GB (so you can burn it (".iso" file) onto a regular blank DVD (the blank DVDs from "Verbatim" or "TDK" are very good (preferably take "+" / +R / (or +RW (rewritable)).
Otherwise, you have (audio drivers):
