c'est quoi UAC? j'ai desactivé antivir et ad-aware puisque Spybot je l'ai enlevé...en résumé j'ai suivi à la lettre ce que tu m'as dis et combofix ne fonctionne plus
regarde le lien que je t'ai fourni pour l'UAC

* Copie les lignes de la citation suivante, d'un trait :
--> Clic droit / "copier"
Maintenant crée un nouveau document texte : clic droit de souris sur le bureau, "Nouveau" > "Document Texte".
* Ouvre-le et colle dedans ce que tu viens de copier précédemment
* Enregistre ce fichier sur ton bureau (nom : mad.txt)
* Télécharge à présent The Avenger

* Dézippe-le sur ton bureau et double-clique sur le fichier "avenger.exe"
* Clique sur "Ok"
* Sélectionne "Load Script from File" et clique sur l'icône en forme de dossier.
* Sélectionne le fichier mad.txt qui est sur ton bureau
* Clique sur le feu vert pour lancer le script
* Clique sur "Oui"
* Accepte de redémarrer ton pc
après le redémarrage :

je peux rien télécharger car à chaque fois que je veux installer il me dit que l'application est introuvable...
soit un peu patiente, j'ai été demandé de l'aide, encore faut il qu'on me réponde. Tout le monde n'est pas tjs dispo tout le temps et c'est le we.

c'est vraiment gentil, je sais que tout le monde n'est pas aussi patient que toi mais avec ce que j'ai lu hier sur les virus et toutes ces infections je suis d'une part très inquiète et d'autre part un peu desesperée car je suis une débutante en informatique...et puis ça ne fait qu'un mois environ que j'ai cet ordinateur...merci en tout cas pour ton aide
il faudra en tout cas remédier à tes lacunes en matière de sécurité pour ton pc. pense à regarder le lien que je t'avais donné déjà, pour te donner une idée.
