Infection spyware-secure et messengerskinner.

Bonjour,
je suis infecté par Spyware-secure et Messenger Skinner qui bloque mon ordi en ouvrant des fenêtres publicitaires et des pages internet sans que je ne l'ai demandé.
J'ai téléchargé AVG anti-spyware, Ad-Aware 2007 et Spybot. J'ai fait un scan avec les 3. Spybot m'a trouvé Spyware-secure et Messenger Skinner mais il ne peut pas les supprimer.
J'ai donc téléchargé HijackThis et j'ai fait un scan dont voici le résultat :

Bonjour,
Trois choses pour commencer:

1-Tu as deux antivirus donc un de trop.
Dans Panneau de configuration Programmes et fonctionnalités tu désinstalles un des deux à ton choix.
Au préalable dans Démarrer - Rechercher tu tapes services.msc et Entrée puis continuer et tu arrêtes toutes les instances en rapport avec celui que tu veux désinstaller.
Si tu vires :

2-Spyawre secure.

Choix 1 :.

1°- Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien : http://il.mafioso.pagesperso-orange.fr/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.

2°- Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Vas dans "Démarrer" puis [b]Panneau de configuration[/b].
- Double Clique sur l'icône [b]Comptes d'utilisateurs[/b] et sur [b]Activer ou désactiver le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs[/b].
- Clique sur [b]Continuer[/b].
- Décoche la case [b]Utiliser le contrôle des comptes d'utilisateurs pour vous aider à protéger votre ordinateur[/b].
- Valide par [b]OK[/b] et redémarre.

3°- Une fois redémarré, double clique sur [b]navilog1.exe[/b] pour lancer l'installation.
L'installation terminée, fais un clic-droit sur le raccourci [b]Navilog1[/b] présent sur ton bureau et choisis :
[b]Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur[/b]. C'est impératif.

Au menu principal, Fais le choix [b]1[/b]
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuies sur une touche le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans ta réponse.
Referme le blocnote.

3-Poste un nouveau rapport Hijackthis

Bonsoir,
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts.
Veille à ce que le le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC) soit toujours désactivé.
Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci "Navilog1" présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur". Impératif.

Au menu principal, Fais le choix "2"
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé, si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais le toi même.
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle, celle qui est infectée.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver et à le poster dans une réponse.
Referme le blocnote. Ton bureau va réapparaitre
Réactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC)

PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparait pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Cliques en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tapes "explorer" et valide. Celà te fera apparaitre ton bureau.

Pour supprimer Navilog1 du PC, deux choix :

- Via Panneau de confuguration-Programmes et fonctionnalités (Navilog1 3.**)
- Via le fichier unins000.exe présent dans le dossier C:\Programmes\navilog1.

Puis supprime ensuite le dossier C:\Programmes\Navilog1.
