Bonjour,merci d'avance pour le conseil.j'ai installé une nouvelle imprimante hp laser jet 1018,mais quand j'installe le disque fourni avec un message indiquant que ma version internet explorer est trop ancienne donc c'est l'echec de l'installation. j'ai essayé de l'installé par le panneau de configuration, (ajout de nouveau materiel....) mais on me demande tjs le cd d'installation.que dois-je faire s'il vous plait
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Bonjour,
A mon avis tu n'introduis pas le bon CD pour installer ton imprimante car Internet Explorer n'a rien à voir avec l'installation d'une imprimante.
Tu peux installer une imprimante sans avoir installé Internet Explorer.
