Question

Hello,
When I try to print an Excel workbook of about 30 pages, only the first page prints in color and the other pages in black and white.
This isn't a printer issue since other files print perfectly well in color, and it's not an Excel version problem either, as the issue is the same on both Excel 2000 and 2007.
I think it might be a formatting problem that only prints the first page in color and not the rest of the document.
However, I can't find where to adjust this setting.
Can someone point me to a solution?

I found it!!! F... Excel shit...

Actually, if you set the color in the Print menu, it only applies to the sheets in the workbook where the color is configured in the page setup.

For each sheet that you don't have in color, you need to check in the Page Layout menu / Page tab / Options button (which displays your printer properties) that the color mode is set correctly.

I had the same problem, and it solved everything.

I think that when the file was created, a special layout must have been specified, and that’s why only the first page is printed in color, in my opinion, it would be necessary to recreate the file from scratch, but it's really a large file.

I'm following up on the message because I have the same problem. Normally, if you select all the sheets, the layout should apply to all ?? However, it doesn't work for me, whether I do it with printing or through the page layout menu in Excel. Does anyone know why?

Hello,
You need to go to the first tab and click on "File" "Print" and then you need to check "Entire workbook" (by default it's set to "Selected sheets").
Now, all the print settings defined will apply to the entire workbook.
