Problem with Tel Versatis Alcatel 630 Duo

Hello,
I just bought a Veratis 630 Duo, but my phone regularly beeps; I don’t know what it comes from. Does anyone have a solution?

I also have this problem with the second one, and on top of that, when someone calls after three rings it's voicemail. Does anyone know what to do to get more rings, please?

How to increase the number of rings? My device only emits three rings and then the answering machine starts immediately. It’s an Alcatel, model Versatis 830 Duo. Please help me.

Hello,

I have a small issue with my Versatis 700 Duo phone from base 1; the alphanumeric display screen does not show fully, there is a horizontal display band missing at the very top of the text, whereas the phone from base 2 is normal.
Is there a solution to this problem?

for me, I had to adjust the handsets by looking in the menu, that's what I did and it works

I had the same problem. To fix it, I put a filter between the box and the modem in addition to the filter on the wall phone jack.

Hello,

I just bought this model and I have the same problem. The device emits series of beeps for no apparent reason while the base remains silent. Have you solved your problem by calling the SOBETEL company? Do you have any explanations or procedure to provide?

Take my device back to the seller and choose another model that works perfectly, the 830 for 10€ more

Hello, when I call, the landline changes the time in a increasing fashion depending on the call duration. For example, I call at 12:30 and after hanging up the handset the time is 00:30. This does not happen when the landline is on the base. If you have a solution, please keep me informed.

Hello everyone,

I have a Versatis 300 Slim landline from Alcatel bought recently. No problem with it, great design, great sound, it feels like a mobile phone. But for about a week now, I’ve noticed it isn’t showing the correct time. I set it to the right time, and a few minutes later I picked it up again and it still wasn’t correct.

In fact, I can’t set the clock; it always shifts by 2 hours... basically it goes to GMT time. I’ve looked through the options and found nothing. It’s annoying because when someone calls me and I’m away, checking the call log shows the time with a 2-hour delay… What should I do?

I called the company who told me to clean everything thoroughly with a cotton swab, and the problem remains the same. So no solutions for me.

Stella: the cotton swabs weren't meant for the phone, it seems they're for your ears ;)

I had the same problem with a 630 DUO. I added a filter between the box and the base, in addition to the filter fixed to the wall telephone socket. And since then, perfect.
