Alcatel Versatis 830 no dial tone!

Hello,
I just bought an Alcatel Versatis 830 phone. I made the connections, left it charging for 24 hours, but I have no dial tone. I referred to the manual and followed the instructions to "pair a handset," even though my phone does not display "NOT PAIRED" or "BASE 1" as specified in the manual. And it's still not working! Has anyone encountered this problem and could help me, or do you have any idea what might be wrong?

    Well, I don't know. I have the same issue. I spoke to technical support on the phone, but I think it's a problem related to the database association. However, the manual is not very clear. If you have any updates, I'm here...

      I also have a tone issue with a VERSATIS 300. In fact, I can receive calls but I can't make any calls, no tone!! If anyone has any idea, I'm all ears...

    The C35 (capacitor) needs to be replaced as it's malfunctioning inside the base.

    It's a hidden defect.

    Hello,

    I have the same issue as you, I have no dial tone when I want to make a call. I performed a general reset, synchronized between the phones and the bases, and it's still the same.
    The strange thing is that I can receive calls, that works, but I can't make a call, which means that the synchronization is good as well as the connection between the phones and bases.

    Does anyone have an idea of the procedure to follow?
