Alcatel versatis 630 buttons not working anymore

Hello,
Since this morning the keys on my Versatis 630 landline phone are not working anymore. I can no longer make calls. Do you know what I should do to reactivate the keys? Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

    First, check if you have a stuck key, then your manual.

    No key pressed, I checked the manual but it doesn't mention this issue. I removed the batteries, unplugged it, plugged the device back in, but nothing works.
