Hello,

I sold a Garmin GPS and the City Navigator Europe software. The problem is that I sold these two things to different people. However, the new owner of the software tells me that it can no longer be installed because it has already been installed. I think I need to uninstall the program from my computer, but how can I do that if I don't have the serial number of the GPS?

    It’s enough for you to retrieve the 15-digit unlocking key of the software you have on your computer and give it to him. I installed it on my 2 computers and it works perfectly.

      can you tell me how to recover the key of the computer, because I bought a DVD that had already been used and during the installation I didn't have the key.
      So I took an emulated key from the Net but it's then impossible to transfer the cards onto the micro SD.
      If you can explain to me how to recover the original key I will try to explain it to the previous owner in German.

        You need the key that corresponds to your GPS. If you bought a Cartho DVD, you were taken for a ride because it's free, and you then have to buy a different coupon code for each update.
