Hello,
I bought a Chinese GPS last week on eBay: Car GPS Navigation 4.3" LCD MP4 + 2GB SD with Map GP4301 (http://cgi.ebay.fr/... which has a demo version of igo 06 that is outdated.
So I would like to know if there is an igo 08 file for a 4.3-inch GPS?

Yes, you can install igo 8. I have the same one as you and it works for me with igo 8.
You just need to install igo 8 on your SD card, go to your GPS settings, click on manage files, and look for igo.exe, and that's it, you're good to go.

You go to the 411 torrent site, sign up, it's free, and you'll find an igo 8 primo for SD card for Chinese GPS car radios; it's functional because I installed it on my uncle's car radio.

it's impossible despite many searches to find a valid link to get the complete IGO8 software... I'm looking for it for the GPS of my Chinese car radio Waywell WD6010...

qui peut m'aider pour le GPS chinois ? Faut-il Windows CE pour installer iGO car j'ai XP et quand je veux exécuter igo.exe, un message me dit "pas de fichier Win 32". Merci.

  Where do you want to install iGO, on the PC or a GPS?
  If it's on PC, I don't know.
  If it's on a GPS, it means your igo.exe is not good.
  You can find complete versions of iGO by searching on Google.

  I don't think you can install iGO on a PC because I tried to see what it would do and I got the same message as you.
  I think the versions of iGO are made for GPS devices, either WinCE or WM5 and WM6.
  If you want to put it on a PC, I think you need a version adapted for PC; check the Miojaco or Mioskin website, they know more than I do and can help you.

  Look at the 2 sites I mentioned before, you need to register
  by doing a search you can download several versions like igo 8.0.. or igo 8.3.1... and igo 8.3.2..
  I have the last 2 and it works perfectly on mine
  be careful when downloading igo, you'll get empty files like igo/content without the maps etc.
  search well, you have complete ones with maps, it should take you about 1GB to 2GB
  I don't know if you have the same as mine
  for the activation, you then go into the GPS settings to activate igo.exe
  mine, I go to the sys file and then look for the exe like sdmm/igo/igo.exe
  without changing anything and then it works

Hi,
I also bought the same device, and it works very well. You shouldn't use the "simulation" or "hover" buttons, but go back, after validating the route, to the previous screen where there is a "map" button. I've used it several times and everything is fine!
