Hello,
I need to burn an ISO image file of 5.5 GB onto a DVD, and Nero tells me that the DVD capacity is only 4.4 GB. What should I do?
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

If this file is the image of a DVD (movie, show, etc.), there is a solution with a regular burner.

You need to mount the ISO image as a virtual disk using a program designed for that purpose (DAEMON Tools, MagicISO).
Once the image is mounted, you can use DVDShrink to remove unnecessary content (intro, soundtracks, subtitles) and compress the video to obtain a volume of 4.7GB.

The mentioned programs are available for free download on the internet.

You need a dual-layer DVD and also a burner that can do it.
