Canon Ink Cartridge Validity

Hello,

I have the opportunity to buy a CANON ink cartridge + print head, but this cartridge was purchased in 2001 and there is no expiration date listed on the packaging according to the seller. If I choose to buy it, will it work normally (ink without issues)? Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.9

    Thank you for your response. The cartridge + head are in a sealed package, can it be used normally as it is old (2001)?

    Hello.
    If the cartridge is already mounted on the head, it is therefore perforated and ink may have dried in the head's conduits.
    That's why cartridges are sold sealed.

    If the two are separated, it's not better, unless the head has never been used.
