Bonjour, Peux tu me dire exactement ce que tu as essayer.
Commence par télécharger Spybot sur cette adresse:

Redémarre en mode sans échec et lance un scan. Voici un tuto pour t'aider:

Sache que si la touche F8 ne marche pas essaie avec la touche F5.
