le from ne suffit pas ?
l'ip peut être fixe et c'est bon pour toi, sinon tu ne peux pas grand chose.
certains outils (google) peuvent tracer "globalement" région & quartier
mais n'hesite pas à porter plainte si tu estime nécessaire
