Hello,
I am looking for a power adapter for my portable DVD player, Neom model NM770PDV. The reference written on the adapter is FYC1201500V. In the stores around here, they tell me they don't sell it and that I might as well buy a new DVD player! I can't find anything online. Thank you for your help.

That’s it, I got an adapter by going back to the Leclerc store where I bought it; they ordered one. It took about 3 weeks, but it works now. I live in the Marne, maybe it’s possible in other regions as well. I wish you good luck, and know that it’s possible.

I'm in the same situation. Let the first person who managed to contact this company or better yet, who found an adapter for their Neom 770, speak up. Are there no other solutions? Is it possible to make it work via USB?
Thank you -
Hello
I'm also struggling a lot to find one?
Have you found an alternative solution???
Well, since November maybe you have.

To everyone looking for a FYC1201500V adapter for DVD players, I would like to point out that they are manufactured by Feng Ying Electronic Technology (Hong Kong), the parent company is in Germany (TUV Rheinland Group) - email: service@de.tuv.com
GOOD LUCK! -
The adapter I designated is for charging at the household power socket, with the car cigarette lighter between it and the DVD player.

I found a simple solution.
A 220/12 volts mains/cigarette lighter adapter bought for 10 euros at Conrad. -
The model changes from time to time but the price is always the same.
Just ask a seller for a 220/12 volts power adapter/car lighter. -

Hi, I'm also struggling to find this adapter; seeing all these people looking for it, it must be really crap, mine lasted only a year and two months after I bought it...

I'm dealing with the power supply circuit of the DVD player, which has two resistors and a black cylinder (22µF 400 V). Before looking inside, I went to Leclerc, and they dismissed me, saying that I needed the receipt, but I have the warranty. It's been a long time since I did that, but now the warranty is no longer valid. I went to the Leclerc center when the warranty was still valid; I assure you. Now I would like to find the same power supply circuit or a circuit repair technician... I think it dates back to 2007, and the warranty was valid for 2 years.
