Neom dvd code for uni remote control

Hello,
my remote control for my Neom Digital DVD player is broken, I have an old Pioneer universal remote CU VSX140, but there is no code for the Neom DVD player listed in the manual.
Has anyone managed to do it?

      Well, I looked at the manual and they don't mention that, they say something and then to enter the 3-digit code of the brand

        I just bought a Vivanco UR12 universal remote and the automatic search doesn’t work: it doesn’t find the right channel....
        Help!
        Does anyone know a website that could provide equivalences between devices, or any other ideas???

        In fact, I have the same problem, so I contacted my supplier BOULANGER, and he explained to me that it's a replacement brand, which means that generally, it's a kind of recycled spare parts equipment. Lol. So we don't gain anything by buying this kind of brand because it's almost always irreparable or incompatible with other equipment.
