Credit Agricole account issue

Hello,
here is the funny story that brings me here, I am checking my accounts from Crédit Agricole Normandie (I specify, you'll see why) from my laptop and a WIFI connection, a friend who is at the same bank couldn't access it with 3 different PCs (1 laptop and a desktop via WIFI and another desktop via wired connection), so I started looking into his club-internet box (opening port 443, DMZ, etc ...) after a while I gave up until the day I happened to be at his place with my laptop, connected via WIFI to his box and there was a miracle it worked with my laptop and still nothing with the other three. I tried at work and the same thing happened except that a colleague who is at another branch of the same bank (Crédit Agricole Somme) has no issues ....
I found no software differences between the 4 PCs (mine and my friend's 3), so here we go the topic is launched and whoever finds the solution will be a living god in my eyes.

    I had the same problem; I couldn't access my Crédit Agricole account online. The problem has been resolved since: I downloaded MOZILLA FIREFOX, which I now use for my internet searches, and it works really well.
