NO RECEPTION OF EMAILS SENT VIA OUR DOMAIN

Hello,

We are currently experiencing a messaging incident affecting users in the domain @finafrica.

Several emails sent from our Microsoft 365 environment generate bounce messages with the following errors:

450 4.4.312 DNS query failed 2

550 5.4.312 Message expired, DNS query failed

These errors are received from ***@***

Verifications show that the domain indeed has an MX record pointing to Microsoft 365. However, the affected users report that they do not receive some of our messages.

Could you assist us in analyzing this issue?

    Hello,

    The only probability I found is that your DNS server is down.

    Have you made a change that may generate incomplete propagation of the DNS in question?
