Retrieve a sent email

Hello,

I accidentally sent an email to the wrong person, and I’ve been trying since yesterday to retrieve it via "actions," but I don’t have the "Recall this message" option, as it apparently should be done.

Could a kind soul help me, please? It’s really very urgent..

      Yes, it is on Outlook.com. Can I download the 2013 version which would help me do it or is there another way to access it?

      You are confused:
      Outlook works with the Microsoft Office suite that needs to be purchased.
      Outlook.com is a free webmail service from Microsoft.
