Bbox messaging disconnects randomly

Hello,
For some time now, my bbox email account has been disconnecting unexpectedly.
Does anyone have a solution to fix this problem?
After contacting Bouygues, I got no answers. (Or they say they are handling your case and nothing happens)
Can you help me with this issue, as I need my bbox email account constantly, or do you have a solution?
(For example: I open my inbox, I pin it to the taskbar, and five minutes later it disconnects.)
