      Hello,

      When Roundcube offers the same capabilities as Zimbra in terms of creating filters, we can say that it has rendered it obsolete.

      Currently, we are very far from that, as we cannot create the slightest filter!

      For me, Zimbra remains essential.

        I also had so many issues with Zimbra that I no longer use it, even though I agree with you in principle that the features are lighter; I stick to webmail and Mozilla Supernova (which is not comparable in that case).

        I migrated my mailboxes to Zimbra a long time ago.

        On a daily basis, I use Thunderbird. But if there's a malfunction on one of the Zimbra servers, it affects Thunderbird; using the Roundcube webmail doesn't help at all.

        Zimbra is mainly used for creating spam filters. Unwanted messages are blocked on the server right from the start, so Thunderbird doesn't see them.

        In fact, malfunctions aren't very frequent; the last one was back in August and I hadn't had any issues for years. 

        But when it happens, it's unbearable: it lasts long and messages are lost.

    By switching to a different web browser, Zimbra is working again. With Chrome, I always get the 413 error, but with SAFARI it works.

    The outages on Zimbra's servers are recurring and it's becoming a pain.

    By displaying the full header of an email, you can see which server you depend on. For example: zimbra98-e18

    The best thing to do is to call 32 44. They can tell you if there is a problem with the server.
