Presentation issue with Zimbra

I'm completing my previous message with the image of Zimbra 2 that did not go through.

It's this presentation that doesn't suit me, and I would like to see it exactly the same (apart from the content) as Zimbra 1.

What strikes me is that the logo is not the same; in the image of what you call Zimbra 2, there is a logo that resembles the one from zimbra.com (which doesn't allow access to the mail).

I have no explanations. It may be related to the server that your email account depends on. If it's something like that, there's nothing you can do.

I assume you have already clicked on View; it mainly changes the position of the elements.

Right-click where I indicate on the screenshot: everything should be checked.

Indeed the logos are different, while I arrived the same way by connecting through https://zimbra.free.fr/

There is a difference in the addresses

For Zimbra 1 I have https://zimbra.free.fr/zimbra/mail#1

For Zimbra 2 I have https://zimbra.free.fr/mail#1

On this screen I have no problem (it's indeed the layout I'm looking for).

The problem is with ZIMBRA 2 which does not have this layout, nor does it have the same logo as you yourself have observed.

Why? That is the question!!!

N.B. What is "extraordinary" is the fact that Free cannot answer questions about ZIMBRA and that it seems impossible to contact ZIMBRA!!!

It should be remembered that at Free there are 2 Webmails, the original (called RoundCube) https://webmail.free.fr/

and the Zimbra version: https://zimbra.free.fr/

Initially (I don't remember if it is still the case), you had to request to switch to the Zimbra version to get 1GB (then 10GB). I have several accounts and like you, for 2 accounts, under Zimbra I have 2 different display formats.

On these 2 accounts, the header is different, but especially the Preferences/General modification page does not offer exactly the same options.

On the left, a so-called Free account from the RTC era, around 2000, and on the right, an account linked to my ADSL internet subscription from 2007. They were not created in the same way, and I only recently switched the one on the left to the Zimbra version.
