Texture issues in games

Hello, I’ve been having texture problems in games for some time now, very, very annoying, see the videos below. (watch out for the edges of textures which seem to have white lines) It may seem trivial but it’s extremely unpleasant, and above all it didn’t exist before.

Sorry, it’s hard to perceive with the quality.

I think I’ve tried everything and I’m starting to run out of ideas,

Firstly I reinstalled Windows many times, whether it’s 10 or 11,

I then looked into a possible hardware issue, I tested other RAM sticks, another graphics card, another motherboard, another hard drive, another power supply, the problem persists, I indeed could not test another processor, because I didn’t have one.
My question is, in your opinion can these graphic bugs come from the processor?

(It should also be noted that in terms of benchmarks, whether OCCT, 3D MARK, UserDiag, UserBenchark, there is NO PROBLEM that shows up)

Because having an old system (i9-9900k), if I start to want to change it I will have to change the RAM CPU MOTHERBOARD combo.

If it can help anyone, I have an i9-9900k, an MSI Z390 Gaming Plus, Corsair DDR4 3200 RAM, and a 3060ti/ or a 4070 of choice.

Hi

If it were hardware, I would rather try a screen or its cable than a processor

First of all, it's not that old; run the Windows 11 tool, it should pass compatibility for that one.

Then the software for a game and image processing is a big part of it.

Here too it could be the game that needs less of the processor but more trouble than Windows 11

As I said I’ve already tested with Windows 11 and no problems,

I also tested on another screen,

I know it isn’t that old but it could have taken some damage or something.

I also find it odd that it could be the CPU but I don’t have any more ideas
